Our wet pet food production line processes animal meat byproducts (liver, lungs, kidneys) into nutritious pet food packaged in cans, trays, or pouches. The complete system includes grinders, deboning machines, gravy mixers, transfer equipment, packaging, and sterilization components.
The production line handles both fresh and frozen raw materials while maintaining strict contamination controls. Meat byproducts are deboned and ground before mixing with vegetables to preserve texture. We incorporate dry ingredients (grains, minerals, vitamins) tailored to pets' nutritional needs, including specialized formulations for senior dogs with added pea fiber, flaxseed, and glucosamine hydrochloride.
After ingredient mixing, the wet pet food is packaged and hermetically sealed before undergoing retort sterilization at 121.1°C to ensure product safety and shelf stability. Our pouch packaging solutions offer consumer-friendly resealable options with cost-effective dosing advantages over traditional cans.
